Eagle River Restoration Project
July 13 | 9am-1pm | Gore Creek | Stephens Park | Vail, CO 81657
Can'd Aid has teamed up with River Restoration Adventures for Tomorrow (RRAFT) and Trout Unlimited to support healthy rivers in Eagle County.
Join us in planting lodgepole pines, willows, and other trees/shrubs to help restore Gore Creek, a tributary of the Eagle River, on July 13th. Volunteers will participate in about 4 hours of on-the-ground planting work followed by a relaxing float along the river. Update: the river float portion has been cancelled due to extremely high river flows. We will, however, hang on the river, drink Wild Basin Boozy Sparkling Water and offer up ample high-fives in celebration of everyone's hard work.
Get in on the do-goodery and help support river health!
